Featuring Requiem by John Rutter and Selections from Les Misérables. The Requiem is a musical setting of an adaptation of the Roman Catholic Requiem Mass. Completed in 1985, the piece is a very lyrical choral piece with many haunting and moving melodies.
Les Misérables is one of the longest running musicals in the world and the chorus will share with us some of its most memorable songs. A variety of other favorite choral pieces will round out this special spring program.
